2038 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 2038 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 2038 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 2038 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use this platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The 2038 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age and are legally eligible to use the services offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2038 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The name registered must match the name on your valid identification document and the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions. Failure to comply may result in transaction delays or rejections.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 2038 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
2038 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, money laundering attempts, use of unauthorised methods such as bots or automation software, or any other breach of these terms. In cases of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be frozen pending further investigation.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 2038 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Your key responsibilities as a user include the following:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial or business purpose without prior written consent from 2038.
- Not to attempt to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or any related security systems.
- Not to use any third-party software, bots, automation systems, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
- Not to spread false, misleading, or harmful information through any platform feature that allows user interaction.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations governing the use of online services.
Violating any of the above rules may result in appropriate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, or legal proceedings, depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 2038 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the official currency. We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any exchange rate differences are solely the user's responsibility.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Each method has its own minimum limits and processing times. 2038 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy. Users must complete account verification before their first withdrawal is approved. 2038 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or regulatory compliance purposes. Winnings obtained through suspected fraudulent means will not be processed for withdrawal.
Bonus Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 2038 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the bonus terms before accepting them. Abuse of the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 2038 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 2038 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses unrelated to a direct error on the platform's part.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2038 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, brand names, and software — is the exclusive property of 2038 or its licensors. Reproducing, redistributing, or reusing any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The 2038 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 2038 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
2038 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 2038 platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Users agree that any legal action or proceedings in connection with these terms shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
